Refund policy
At DJ's Garage, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened applicators, towels, and chemical products (waxes, polishes, cleaners, dressings) that have been used cannot be returned.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, contact us and we'll cover it.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
